to the Office of Records and Registration
Our office is divided into four sections according
to the services we provide to students and faculty.
Administrative Office (The
front office) This office provides
assistance to
- Students who have general questions about their schedules or
academic transcripts
- Students who need to remove high school deficiencies
- Faculty members who need to change a student’s grade
For help, drop by Room 102, Derryberry Hall.
Graduation Section
Our analysts help students through the final phase of their undergraduate
careers with answers to questions including:
- How and when to apply for graduation
- How to transfer credits from another institution
- How to substitute classes
For help, reference the Undergraduate Section or drop by the Graduation
Office, Room 102-E, Derryberry Hall.
Note: For questions regarding graduation with 132 versus 120 hours,
please speak to your advisor.
Records Section
This sections helps students with academic records and
personal information.
- Change your major
- Change your name or address
- Have a transcript mailed or verified
- Have your enrollment verified
- Ask about veteran’s benefits
- Ask questions regarding grades
Visit the Records Section in Room 102, Derryberry Hall, or click
on Transcripts and Grades.
Registration Section
This office is ready to answer a variety of questions about
the entire registration process. Check here for
- Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Student Identification Number (T-Number)
- Alternate PIN (formerly known as RAC)
- Dropping Classes
- Adding Classes
- Auditing Classes
