Bio

Dr. Allison Toth is an Assistant Professor of Management at Tennessee Tech. She primarily teaches courses in Organizational Behavior. Her research interests include OB topics such as work-life conflict, emotions, coworker relationships and interactions, and how social skills are developed and used at work. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business and Psychology and has received awards from the Academy of Management and Southern Management Association. When she is not on campus, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, Meister. She also enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, reading and watching sci-fi, and traveling internationally.
