I received my PhD from Duke University in 2010 while studying double-beta decay of ¹⁵⁰Nd. I was a postdoctoral associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory until 2012. I am a Tennessee native, and have been involved in low background underground physics since 2006. I am also a certified miner!
