About the Jessica A. Kelley Memorial Scholarship
Jessica Kelley graduated from Tennessee Tech University in May 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in psychology. She had plans to return to Tech in the fall of 2018 to begin her graduate work to become a school counselor. She passed away that summer due to complications with leukemia. The Jessica A. Kelley Memorial Scholarship was founded to help others achieve Jessica's dream of a career in psychology.
