Changing Applicant Status
Changing a Workflow - Selected for Interview or Recommend for Hire:
- Click on the Postings tab and select employment group from the drop-down box.
- Select the Position Number or Working Title.
- Select Applicants (between History and Reports). Scroll down to see the applicants.
- Put a check in the box beside the applicant’s name > toggle over the Actions button > select Move in Workflow > select the drop-down box beside Change for all applicants > select Selected for Interview or Recommend for Hire > Save changes.
Changing Multiple Workflow States - Selected for Interview:
- Click on the Postings tab and select employment group from the drop-down box.
- Select the Position Number or Working Title.
- Select Applicants (between History and Reports). Scroll down to see the applicants.
- Check the box beside the name of each applicant that needs to be moved forward in the workflow.
- Toggle over the Actions button > select the Move in Workflow.
- Select the workflow state from the drop-down box right of Change for all applicants > select Selected for Interview.
- Select Save changes.
