Quality Assurance Funding
The Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) manages higher education institutions in Tennessee. A core responsibility of THEC is to ensure that higher education institutions are aligned with the state's education plan and the needs of the public. In order to ensure accountability, THEC has an incentive program called Quality Assurance Funding (QAF) that rewards higher education institutions who engage in improvement efforts based on QAF standards. Tennessee Tech is committed to attain the goals set forth by THEC's QAF.
