Reporting Sexual Harassment, Other Forms of Harassment, or Sexual Assault Involving NSF Funded Awards
It is the policy of the National Science Foundation (NSF) that all personnel supported by NSF awards must comport themselves in a responsible and accountable manner during the award performance period to help ensure all NSF-funded research and learning environments are free from harassment. The NSF will not tolerate sexual harassment, other forms of harassment, or sexual assault within the agency, at awardee institutions, field sites, facilities, conferences, workshops, online or anywhere NSF-funded science or education is conducted.
Tennessee Tech shares NSF’s commitment to create and maintain an educational, working, and living environment free from discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment and sexual assault, and retaliation, as described in the university’s applicable policies including:
Anyone who has experienced, witnessed, or is otherwise knowledgeable of harassment or discrimination from an NSF awardee may file a complaint with Tennessee Tech using one of the following pathways:
