The College of Agriculture and Human Ecology houses 19 programs of study ranging from agribusiness management to housing and design, pre-veterinary science to food, nutrition and dietetics.
Our college is growing, adding new programs to meet a changing world and to meet our students’ needs and interests. Believing that our students learn best by doing, we have two farms, dozens of student organizations involved in community outreach and educating others, and faculty involve them in original research.
Students also get to travel regularly with faculty to learn about their fields of study in other parts of the world. Merchandising and design students go to Italy, agriculture students go to the Netherlands, and all students can go on service trips to the Dominican Republic. Many opportunities are available to study abroad for those with specific majors. Please check out the Study Abroad - Search By Major webpage for more information.
