at 12:30 p.m. Prior to that meeting, the Academic & Student Affairs Committee will
meet at 8:00 a.m. and the Audit & Business Committee will meet at 9:15 a.m. All meetings

For questions about accessibility or to request a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please email BoardSecretary@tntech.edu at least three business days in advance of the meetings.
Bell Hall 260 has 68 seats available in it, with reserved seats for presenters invited to speak by the board and support staff. Seats are also reserved for the university’s college deans. Remaining seats in the room are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow space for viewing is in the Bell Hall rotunda. The meeting is streamed over the internet, as well (video will be at bottom of this page once the meeting begins).
Upon completion of the renovation of the Multipurpose Room in the Roaden University Center, the board meetings will move to that location, which will allow for more seating.
Please be aware that Bell Hall is an academic building with classes going on throughout the day.
Because of limited space available in Bell Hall 260, there will be only three photographers allowed at Tennessee Tech's Board of Trustees meeting on Thursday, March 22. There will be an internal staff photographer, a pool photographer from on-campus student media, and a pool photographer from off-campus media. These photographers will take photos of the meeting and make them available to the organizations and media outlets who request access to the photos. For more information, contact Buddy Pearson, news and communications director in the Office of Communications and Marketing at Tennessee Tech. He can be reached at (931) 372-6328, (931) 881-8345 or bpearson@tntech.edu.
