The Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Dean of Students leads student care, concern, and support-focused efforts and is committed to facilitating student well-being and belonging.
Our Mission
The Dean of Students office is dedicated to fostering a healthy and safe campus community conducive to student learning, development, and well-being by providing education, accountability, support, and care, empowering Tech students to build resilience and self-awareness to achieve lifelong success.
Through a student-centered approach and alignment with our core values, our areas provide transformative experiences that complement the vision, mission, and values of Tennessee Tech and the Student Affairs division.
