Michelle Huddleston Memorial Food Pantry

Food Pantry logo Tennessee Tech’s Michelle Huddleston Memorial Food Pantry was established as a resource for Tech students and employees in November 2012. Our mission is to raise awareness of hidden hunger on college campuses across the nation and establish and sustain a network for food acquisition, storage and distribution at Tennessee Tech to alleviate hunger among our campus community.

The pantry’s namesake, Michelle Huddleston, was a Tennessee Tech alumna and longtime staff member who helped establish the pantry and tirelessly championed its continued operation. Huddleston passed away in October 2023, but the food pantry’s ongoing work ensures her legacy will never be forgotten.
