Title VI

Title VI was enacted as part of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964. It prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.

Tennessee Tech University requires all employees (student workers, graduate assistants, adjuncts, permanent and temporary faculty, C&S, and administrative employees) to participate in Title VI training every calendar year and is available through Tech Express.
