Degree Details

In the fitness and wellness concentration, students learn about physical wellness for all ages, motor skills, performance training, and adapted physical activities. Built in elective hours give students the ability to tailor their degree toward individual career goals. Used to satisfy undergraduate and graduate credit, up to 6 hours of electives could be used as part of the Fast Track Program. Upon completion of this concentration, students will have a minimum of 120 hours of field experience/internship to add to their resume as well as a minor in science.
