Cooper & Dunn Halls

Hall Description

Cooper & Dunn is the all-female residence hall. It is a traditional style residence hall that houses 220 students.

New for Fall 2024

A select number of rooms on the third floor of Dunn Hall will be home to the Outdoor Adventures themed housing community. This community is designed to establish a network of students interested in the exploration and adventure of the great outdoors, an inclusive and welcoming outdoor experience creating a community of students who share a passion and appreciation for nature, a positive hub for engagement in experiential outdoor education. Rooms 301 and 302, and 313 through 315 are set aside for this living experience.

Room Information

Most rooms are standard double rooms, with a few single rooms. As a traditional hall, Cooper/Dunn has common area restrooms/bathrooms. Laundry rooms are located on the 1st floor of each all.
