University Housing & Residential Life - New Hall North

New Hall North

New Hall North

Hall Description

New Hall North has four residential floors in each of the three wings.  It was built in 2010 and is a co-ed hall open to any majors.

In the North Wing is "The Perch" lounge and dining venue.  This area includes a recreation spot for students, a convenience store, two dining locations, a classroom, and our Fraternity & Sorority Life sorority suites.

*Winter Break Note:  Residents that may need Interim housing during the winter break between Fall and Spring semesters will need to be assigned a room in MS Cooper/Pinkerton, New Hall North, or New Hall South for the Fall as these halls house residents for the break.  Residents still have to be approved to stay during this break and extra fees apply.

Room Descriptions

The residential rooms in this hall are comprised of double rooms and single rooms (about equal number of each) with each having a private bathroom.  There are also ADA versions of each style as well.  Male rooms are located on the first and third floors of the east, west, and north wings and the fourth floor of the north wing.  The female rooms are located on the second floor of the east, west, and north wings and the fourth floor of the east and west wings.
