Final Fall 2024 Payment Deadline

Any student enrolled in Fall 2024 must pay and confirm their schedule or enroll in a deferred payment plan by Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 4:30PM CST to prevent their schedule from being deleted. This is the final deadline of the semester and there are no exceptions.

Fees for the 2024-2025 academic year have now been released. You can view the new fees by clicking the button below.

Credit Card Convenience Fee

All credit card payments on student accounts will be assessed a 2.95% for domestic transactions or 4.25% for international transactions ($3.00 minimum) credit card convenience fee. Students can avoid this fee by making payment on their account using an electronic check (ACH) or physical check.

What is the Bursar?

"Bursar" is a term unique to higher education and means 'keeper of the funds'. The office includes cashiers, accounts receivable and loans receivable. The Bursar's Office collects tuition, fees, and other university-related charges including campus housing. The office also processes and disburses excess aid to students.

The mission of the Bursar's Office is to provide friendly and professional service to students, faculty, staff, and anyone associated with the University. The department's mission is also in direct support of the University's mission and in support of the student recruitment and retention goals of Tennessee Technological University.

FERPA: Tennessee Technological University intends to fully comply with The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). FERPA affords students certain rights with respect to their education records.

Privacy Rights: On May 20, 1975, Tennessee Tech approved a statement of policy that includes provisions for the release of information about students and the rights of students and others to have access to Tech's education records.
