2025 MBA Trip - South Africa
In the graduate tour to South Africa, we will be focusing on learning about Eco-tourism and sustainability in the Cape Town wine region and the safari lodges outside of Johannesburg. We will also have the opportunity to mix with locals and see some of the most famous sites of the region. What makes this all-inclusive trip truly special is that our tour partner, Trailblazer Safaris, was co-founded and is operated by an Alumna of the MBA program, Melisa. She will also join us on this trip and share her journey with the students along with information regarding the creation and operation of an international tour company.
2025 Undergraduate Trip - Ireland
The graduate trip to Ireland in the Spring of 2024 was so successful that we decided to create an additional, expanded trip just for our undergraduate program! The focus of this trip will be how the traditional industries of Ireland and Northern Ireland are functioning in today’s world along with visits to newer organizations in Ireland that have made Dublin a tech hub of Europe. The juxtapositions between old and new as well as North and South Ireland will provide a very interesting learning opportunity for our students. Some of the highlights of the trip will be business visits to Furguson’s Irish Linen Factory, Visit Belfast Tourism Board, the Guinness Storehouse, Teeling Distillery, Blarney Wool Mill, a Sheep Farm, and Murphy’s Ice Cream to name a few. Cultural sites and activities will include walking tours of Belfast and Dublin, the Giant’s Causeway, the Antrim Coast, New Grange, Dublin Castle, the Book of Kells, Blarney Castle, the Ring of Kerry, and the Dingle Peninsula.
