iLearn Quiz Tool
September 6, 2022
The iLearn Quiz Tool has a new look and functionality that is currently an opt-in or opt-out feature for instructors. Known as the New Quiz Experience, it is simpler to navigate as the design includes drop-down menus and settings all on one page. This is in contrast to the traditional design, which includes settings tabs on separate pages. In this training session, Ms. Lauren Neal and Dr. Kelvin Norman will compare and contrast the differences between the traditional and new quiz tool layouts.
Optimizing Instructor Feedback
September 13, 2022
In this session we will explore the concepts “feedback literacy” and “feedforward.” We will also discuss structuring assignments in D2L/iLearn that allow feedback by using audio and video tools to improve the feedback experience for both students and instructors.
Gathering Student Feedback
September 20, 2022
After learning about the importance of student feedback on September 13th, in this session, we are turning the tables to see how learners can provide feedback to instructors. We will consider the benefits of receiving feedback from students and demonstrate how Small Group Instructional Diagnostics (SGIDs) can assist in opening communication in the classroom.
