Annual Performance Evaluations
The 2023-2024 Annual Evaluations rate employee performance from January 1, 2023 to the date the evaluation is completed.
The evaluation information referenced below is applicable only to regular Administrative and C&S employees.
If you were hired prior to January 1, 2024, you will participate in the 2023/2024 Annual Evaluation process. Employees hired January 1, 2024, or later will not participate in this year's Annual Evaluation process.

Training & Documentation
Mandatory Supervisor Training will be assigned through the D2L platform in Tech Express. The training is self-paced, takes approximately one hour, and should be completed by March 31st.
Elective Employee Training will be provided until April 13th via Microsoft Teams. Sign up for training here: https://go.tntech.edu/training
The training for supervisors and staff employees will include an overview of key changes to the performance evaluation form for 2024 that includes new sections covering the Wings Up Way and Training and Development.

For Supervisors
To begin, login into PeopleAdmin via TechExpress. You will need to choose Performance Management to access the Performance Evaluations for your employees.
After creating a plan for your employees, they will receive an automatic system notification to complete a self-evaluation. Self-evaluations are mandatory for the 2023/2024 annual evaluation process. You or your employees may attach documents to the evaluation, if necessary.
After the reviewing officer has approved the employee's evaluation, schedule a face-to-face review meeting with the employee. After the review meeting, login to PeopleAdmin's Tennessee Tech Employee Portal, access your Action Items, and select that you have completed the review meeting. The employee will then have access to view and acknowledge their supervisor evaluation in their Employee Portal. Once they have done so, the evaluation process will be complete.
