All new approvers must contact payroll and schedule a TimeClock+ training session in order to approve hours. Training will be provided by Payroll with follow up technical support as needed. See below for training materials and TCP FAQ.

Supervisors are required to approve their employees' timesheets through the online portal. Paper timesheets are not accepted.

All hours worked must be approved and corrected by a supervisor by 12:00 pm on the first working day of the following month the hours are being paid for. Example: June hours worked would have to be approved by July 1 at 12:00 pm (if that day falls on Mon-Fri).

NOTICE - To log-in to TimeClock+, please access via TechExpress for Manager (to approve time) or Employee (to clock in and out). Both buttons can be added to your personalized tool bar in TechExpress. If you have trouble using your TechExpress log in for TCP, please email payroll@tntech.edu or dagee@tntech.edu. NOTE: TCP does not track hours for scholarship student workers who are not paid through payroll. Federal work study hours are tracked separately. Please see the Financial Aid page for further help on Federal work study.
