Graduate Student Scholarships
Scholarships for graduate students are limited, but are available. Graduate students use the same scholarship application as undergraduate students. New graduate students have alternate deadlines to apply for scholarships based on their start term.
For more information about departmental and donor-funded scholarships available to graduate students, use the Scholarship Search tool or contact the department of your graduate program.
The average scholarship amount for a graduate student is $1,000 to $2,000 for an academic year. Therefore, scholarships should not be considered a primary way of funding your graduate degree. The College of Graduate Studies has a dedicated page outlining Graduate Tuition, Financial Aid and Assistantships other than scholarships.
